This is the best quality braided white nylon line that is available. It is by far the most popular style of winch line that we sell. It will work well for flying from grass fields, etc. and stands up reasonably well to abrasion. If you fly from dirt, gravel, asphalt, etc., then we recommend that you go to the heavier 200 Pound Test Winchline, which does hold up better (or at least lasts longer) when subjected to those abrasive surfaces. Some flyers use a "hybrid" setup, and run the 200 pound line for the "ground line" and the lighter 125 pound line for the "air line". A one pound spool of the 125 pound line is 1440 feet in length.

Our 200 Pound Test Line is great for flying from rough, abrasive surfaces, or if you are launching really heavy sailplanes with a "gorilla winch". This braided, white nylon line is the best quality available. A one pound spool of the 200 pound line is 840 feet in length.
